Hello everyone, we're sorry for the troubles and inconvenience you are experiencing currently. The team is working on workarounds while we fix the certificate issue. One possible workaround you as a user can do is to change the system time on your device to anything before 4PM PST (like the last day or 2), this may allow you to log back in whole we sort things out.
We will be working on compensation to credit to players for this issue and may adjust our propose event schedule as a result to allow.

Things are starting to come back online but it make take a while for everything to get back to normal operations The team is continuing to monitor things and we will keep you updated if anything changes

Still not working for me, as the raid ticks away. Am I the only one, or are others still locked out as well?

Hey Folks, we've renewed etc on our end. Just waiting for things to clear. We will be rolling out gems and stuff due to the time lost.

Can you extend the raid so that when you fix this issue and people are able to log in again, they can participate and complete it?

For iOS, either set the date of the device to before march 17th so it fakes being within the validity of the expired certificate, or you'll have to wait for probably Comodo to issue a new certificate to Cloudcade and for Cloudcade to install the new certificate. Neither of those steps seem to have happened yet...
