Past Week issues means it's time for some Player Appreciation!

Greetings Fellow Shop Keepers and Adventurers!

I want to start out by saying on behalf of the Team, We apologize for last weeks issues you all encountered with the update and multiple emergency maintenance periods that seemed to go one forever.

We know this greatly impacted peoples ability to get the weeks Raid quest done, complete daily quest, ruined their fragment streaks and all manner of other things.

The good news is that we learned a hard lesson even if a lot of what happened was unavoidable for the most part and have some things in place to help avoid this ever repeating again.

The other good news is that we have to make it right with you all and we are.

Later this week you should all be getting a nice Player Appreciation Package filled with some goodies such as fragments, gems, few other things and of course some unique avatar items not yet seen!

On top of that, we will be running the new events that we have talked about in the past. These should start later in the week allowing folks to choose which ones they'd like to see first and go from there.

Plus provides a heads up so folks can plan accordingly for the most part.

I appreciate everyone being patient with all of us while we got things back on track!

Ich möchte damit anfangen, indem ich im Namen des Teams sage, dass wir uns für die Probleme der letzten Wochen entschuldigen, die ihr alle mit dem Update und mehreren Notfall-Wartungsarbeiten hattet.

Wir wissen, dass es die Leute stark beeinträchtigt wurden, den Raid erfolgreich abzuschließen, die tägliche Quest zu erledigen, der Fortschritt dieser ruiniert wurde und in eine Menge anderer Dinge.

Die gute Nachricht ist, wir haben eine harte Lektion gelernt, auch wenn eine Menge von dem was passiert ist zum größten Teil unvermeidlich war und haben nun ein paar Sachen parat, um zu vermeiden, dass sich so etwas wiederholen wird.

Die andere gute Nachricht ist, wir werden alles wieder gut machen.

Später in dieser Woche solltet ihr alle ein nettes Spieler-Appreciation-Paket mit einigen Goodies wie Fragmenten, Diamanten, einiger anderer Dinge und natürlich einzigartiger Avatar-Artikel die bisher noch nicht gesehen wurden erhalten!

Darüber hinaus werden wir die neuen Events starten, über die wir in der Vergangenheit gesprochen haben. Diese sollen später in der Woche beginnen, damit die Leute wählen können, welche sie gern zuerst sehen möchten und wir von dort aus dann weiter machen können.

Plus: Ankündigungen für die Events, damit die Leute zum größten Teil planen können.

Ich schätze, dass jeder mit uns allen geduldig sein wird, während wir die Dinge wieder auf den richtigen Weg bringen!

Je veux commencer par dire au nom de l'équipe. Nous nous excusons pour les dernières semaines que vous rencontrez avec la mise à jour et plusieurs périodes d'entretien d'urgence qui semblaient aller une fois de plus.

Nous savons que cela a grandement affecté la capacité des peuples à obtenir les semaines de tentative de Raid, à compléter la quête quotidienne, à ruiner leurs stries de fragments et toutes sortes d'autres choses.

La bonne nouvelle est que nous avons appris une bonne leçon, même si beaucoup de ce qui s'est passé était inévitable pour la plupart et que certaines choses étaient en place pour éviter que cela ne se répète encore.

L'autre bonne nouvelle, c'est que nous devons faire le bon choix avec vous et nous le sommes.

Plus Reign cette semaine, vous devriez tous obtenir un bon pack d'appréciation de joueur rempli de quelques goodies tels que des fragments, des gemmes, quelques autres choses et bien sûr, certains éléments d'avatar uniques qui n'ont pas encore été vus!

En plus de cela, nous exécuterons les nouveaux événements dont nous avons parlé dans le passé. Ceux-ci devraient commencer plus Reign dans la semaine permettant aux gens de choisir ceux qu'ils aimeraient voir en premier et d'aller de là.

Plus fournit une tête pour que les gens puissent planifier en conséquence pour la plupart.

J'apprécie que tout le monde soit patient avec nous tous pendant que nous avons repris les choses sur la bonne voie!

A boa notícia é que aprendemos uma lição difícil mesmo que muito do que aconteceu fosse inevitável na maioria das vezes e tivesse algumas coisas para ajudar a evitar que isso sempre se repita de novo.

A outra boa notícia é que temos que fazer tudo certo com todos vocês e nós estamos.

Mais tarde, esta semana, você deveria estar recebendo um bom Pacote de Agradecimentos de Jogadores preenchido com alguns brindes, como fragmentos, gemas, poucas outras coisas e, claro, alguns itens de avatar exclusivos ainda não vistos!

Além disso, estaremos executando os novos eventos em que falamos no passado. Estes devem começar mais tarde na semana, permitindo que pessoas escolham quais os que gostariam de ver primeiro e ir a partir daí.

So... The fact that Abqu was "informed" about this by Darkis so long ago so that he could leak it to the community tells me that this player appreciation package was already planned to be done even before last week's issues right? So now it's just being reassigned to make up for the latest issue

Oh well, it's still something either way. Thanks!

Yup on the package but not on the stuff going into it as that's been revamped a fair bit for players. The events yes indeed were coming sooner or later but not stacked together week long.

They would be used how they have been in the past so to see them all you might have had them over a 3-5 month period.

Hopefully that clears up the negativity directed with your postings recently. :D

I've held myself in check. I've been measuring my words on the forums carefully.

If my opinion isn't wanted or my insight isn't needed, I'm sorry. I am on the side of the players, and if I think something needs to be said on their behalf, I will say it.

If that's troublesome, well you can send me on that vacation you've been threatening for some time now.

Saying this Player Appreciation pack is in direct relation to the downtime is disingenuous. It was coming, regardless of the hiccups last week. It's in the patch notes, in fact. I don't think you were planning on patch delays, the android thing, or the unexpected maintenance, so simply piecing together things said here lead me to the conclusion that the package was coming no matter what, but it's being used to cover the compensation promise made during the mess.

People are afraid to talk on this forum. People are afraid to dissent with you, and the company. The locks, the threats, and the personal attacks have shaken this community to their core. The discord chat group, once vibrant and active, has fractured into many smaller groups, for fear that what they say will be used against them on the forum or in-game. The die hards, the forum lurkers, the ones carrying the banner and doing all the dirty work in world chat, are afraid. Afraid that the time and effort they've put in these past few years will disappear because they use a certain word, or speak the truth. Afraid that if they laugh at the wrong joke, they'll lose the friendships they forged. I've been afraid for a long time too, but at this point there aren't many voices left.

To start I will just say that I understand the frustration from people, but I also think people have lost perspective.
This is not directed at anyone in particular. Abqu you do a lot of great stuff along with a lot of other people and I do hope that you, and others, are safe from bans an such, but you also have control over that. I feel that it has been pretty clear what you will get banned for...don't call out the company, don't bad mouth the company or employees, don't be rude, overly aggressive or any of the -ists that are out there. From what I have seen the bans have been for those things, maybe more harsh than needed, but I saw lots of warnings out there. Let's get back to the fact that this is a game you supposedly love and it is brought to you by a company that has issues, has to pay bills, and has things happen to it. It is the same for every single company out there. If you don't like what they are doing or how they are doing it leave.
So many of the posts on this forum are simply there to point out how upset people are that CC is not doing things fast enough, or good enough, or the way they want it to be done. I mean really, a post saying "You get free stuff" gets the response of "You were going to give us free stuff anyways so this isn't good enough". Really? How about a thank you or nothing? The expectations of this player base are unreal... tell us what, when, how much of it, how it will be done, etc... and then when something is said it is nitpicked and if something is delayed, different, more than, less than, people light the forums on fire.
And, we DO have a forum. And the CM is active on it, and discord, and facebook, and chat. Maybe not as much as you want, but short of instant replies and a presence all the time in each of those forums, someone would be upset by the amount of face time they are getting. Most mobile games don't have any of this, this is the first one where I have seen such an active forum, player community or company presence...step back, appreciate what we have and just breath. Keep calm and craft.
