Shop Heroes

Hi everybody!

I was hoping somebody would be kind enough to help me out. Ive made a mess of my shop worker stats and now im really struggling to fix it.

It should seem simple, but I have dyscalculia and the simple additions are not making sense to me. I need to know how to distribute my worker points so each skill set benefits from it the best.
Completely disregard mastery for now, I just need to get the skills in place for faster crafting times. If you think I need to change workers, please let me know which to!

Im level 40.

My workers are:

Igor: 415 s/p
Christina: 435 s/p
Anthon: 415 s/p
Camilla: 425 s/p
Rosalina: 395 s/p
Elenor: 405 s/p
Marcus: 258 s/p
Fran: 216 s/p

Im sorry that this is such a big ask. I feel really ashamed I cant do it myself. I cant make the numbers add up alone
If anybody could help, I would be more that grateful!

Sculptor: 265 wood,50 art, 85 jeweler
Seamstress: 86 sewing,217 armor, 107 art
Alchemist:5 alchemy, 240 magic, 135 tinker
Artisian: 195 sewing, 195 jeweler
Fletcher:126 weapon 125 art
Artificer:65 armor, 144 tinker


this results in 262 metalworking, 265 woodworking, 281 sewing, 215 alchemy, 240 magic , 264 weapon crafting, 282 armor crafting, 282 art, 280 jewelry, 210 rune crafting, and 279 tinkering

if you have a google account, you should really make a copy of pantless's calculator and input these numbers into it, it will help you visualize it better
